Today is my last day at work. Surprisingly, I'm not feeling any sense of excitement or sadness at the moment. It will most probably kick in later.
Rewind the time...
Went to subway with nothing at all. Left school not long ago, pri/sec/poly friends shocked and judging. No sense of self esteem or goal whatsoever. Was criticized much there by superiors, some criticism was hurtful but learnt to accept it as part of the subway job.
Learnt alot of things: S.O.P of subway, super nasty + super nice people that I've not seen before, customer service, cashiering ! (:D)
Made alot of friends:
1) Huaseng Korkor: Thank you for telling boss that I can do cashier even though I keep making mistakes at the beginning. Thank you for having faith in me and showing me what is generousity.
2) Jayce: True and good friends are those whom will make your life a little less difficult and a little more happy. And this definition of true and good friend fits you ! :)
3) Natalie and Li Thong: Worked less than 2 months, waiting for uni, but thank you for your friendship. i always look up to you two, esp Natalie who finished her diploma in Accounting(NYP). *Respect*
4) Sara the Mentor: Thank you for teaching me things and being so funny. Even though sometimes you got bad days and you criticise me of my work, but I still appreciate you and thank you :)
5) Aunty Irene: You are a very cute auntie. Hahaha. Thank you for your generousity for laughing at my jokes all the time. Also, treating me to an energy bar. It doesnt cost much, but it really means so much to me. Never forget you :]
6) Allen: Thank you for talking to me from 10-11pm when both of us are working. We talk about anything under the sun and it seems like the age gap is not a huge issue. Thank you for your friendship :D
Never will forget you blessed people ! :) NEVER.
P.S: Nerdy, Hannah is very hungry. ): Quickly wake up and we can eat at Wendy's :] Darling ily ! <3
