Just pan fried some mandu for this mornings breakfast. Slightly charred, and chewy skin, tender meat and vegetables inside, exactly the way I like dumplings to be! Served with no vinegar at all, but still very satisfied. One thing though, it could do without the glass noodles inside. It's a little weird! D:
